    Installation Effect

This project, led by the Southeast University team, constructed a curved net-zero energy building in the Kangbao Wetland, Hebei. Located in a cold region, the project features curved BIPV within an ecologically sensitive area and faces multiple challenges: the building must ensure winter heating and cross-seasonal energy storage under extreme cold; the curved PV surfaces receive uneven sunlight, causing variable power output; and there are heightened requirements for module-level safety monitoring and visualized O&M.

The client requires the system to maintain efficient power generation and reliable operation in cold, curved environments, with module-level safety, visualized monitoring, and high-reliability O&M to ensure long-term system stability and sustainable returns.

1.Low-energy design combined with BIM management increases building energy utilization by approximately 20%
2.Module-level safety and intelligent shutdown ensure system stability, reducing O&M risks by about 50%
3.PV system highly integrated with building design, with full-time visual monitoring improving O&M efficiency by around 40%
